We loved the location of the hotel - it was right in the centre of everything! We didn't have to use public transport or taxis during our entire 5-day stay. All the major tourist spots were within walking distance, and there was even a shopping complex nearby. The cleanliness of our room was immaculate, and the facilities provided by the hotel were great. The staff, especially Alex, were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Although there were initial problems, the staff promptly apologized and made sure I had a magnetic card to open the doors without any further inconvenience.
