Narodni Stay offered great value for the money we paid. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old city, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been more diverse.

The lack of a nice window view was disappointing, and the TV channels didn't work.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is superb, being close to the center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room is clean and standardly nice, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff is very supportive and helpful, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

One downside is the lack of a closet in the bedroom, making it difficult to store luggage and hang clothes.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was right in the centre of everything! We didn't have to use public transport or taxis during our entire 5-day stay. All the major tourist spots were within walking distance, and there was even a shopping complex nearby. The cleanliness of our room was immaculate, and the facilities provided by the hotel were top-notch. The staff, especially Alex, were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the directions given to us were incredibly helpful, not just for finding the hotel but also for navigating the city and saving us time.

During my stay at Narodni Stay, I encountered a small issue with accessing the building. However, the staff was extremely understanding and provided me with alternative passwords to enter. Although there were initial problems, the staff promptly apologized and made sure I had a magnetic card to open the doors without any further inconvenience. I had a pleasant experience with the helpful and accommodating staff at Narodni Stay.
